Junior lessons at the Playgolf Academy are well-managed in a secure environment, with fully-qualified instructors. We base our lessons on four principles: Safety, Enjoyment, Learning & Fun. We are highly skilled in ensuring that every child maximizes their enjoyment and we believe the more fun kids have, the more they learn. We structure every programme so youngsters achieve their best results and children's safety is really important - all of our coaches are fully-qualified and NSPCC-approved.

  • Before we set about improving your golf game, it's vital to know where you are now. Our one-hour long Junior Game Assessment session is a double-length video lesson package in which a Playgolf Academy coach leads a junior golfer through a comprehensive process. Every aspect of golf will be analysed - whether you are a complete beginner, or highly skilled, or somewhere in between. We'll assess the clubs you use, the way you swing, your flexibility, and your mental strengths or weaknesses
  • We'll then give you a score out of 100, which gives a benchmark from which you can improve.
  • According to your current skill level, we'll also take a more detailed look at your long game, your iron play, and your short game - pitching, chipping and putting.
  • The Junior Game Assessment is 2 x half-hour golf lessons (including balls) in one session
