We love to teach people to play golf. It's the greatest sport in the world - learn golf, at any age, and you can play on the same golf courses as legends of the game such as Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Seve Ballesteros and Nick Faldo. The Playgolf Academy is fitted with the latest video technology, enabling you to view your golf swing from two different camera angles. You can also compare your swing with some of the world's top Tour pros. Our teaching professionals are all PGA-qualified, and are passionate about improving your game. Each lesson package offers outstanding value, and includes individual lessons and a quantity of range balls so you can practice yourself between your lessons.

  • GAME ASSESSMENT PACKAGE
  • In order to improve your game it's vital to know where you are now. Our one-hour long Game Assessment session is a double-length video lesson package in which a Playgolf Academy coach will lead you through a comprehensive process. Every aspect of your golf will be analysed - whether you are a complete beginner, or highly skilled, or somewhere in between. We'll assess the clubs you use, the way you swing, your flexibility, and your mental strengths or weaknesses.
  • We'll then give you a score out of 100, which gives a benchmark from which you can improve.
  • According to your current skill level, we'll also take a more detailed look at your long game, your iron play, and your short game - pitching, chipping and putting.
  • 1hr golf lesson (IE: 2 x consecutive half-hour golf lessons (including balls) in one session)
